Toast Old Fashioned Rolled Oats in oven at 350 C for 15 mins. (optional)
Mix dates in food processor until it comes together.
Move dates to medium mixing bowl. Add Oats, nuts and chocolate chip. Stir all ingredients.
Warm Coconut Butter and Maple Syrup in a small saucepan. Pour over dates mixture. Stir quickly.
Form mixture into small round balls and place on parchment lined pan.
Cover Oats and Chocolate balls with parchment paper and set in fridge for 15 mins.
Optional: Melt Chocolate chips in microwave and stir in coconut oil. Coat balls in chocolate.
