Make your Christmas dinner extra special with our chicken and pork stir fry. Thinly sliced pork and chicken fried until its juicy and soft but still crispy on the outside. Seasoned with MIS Products, this recipe will leave you wanting more.
Place pork in a large bowl. Add MIS Five Spice, MIS Granulated Onion, MIS Ground Ginger, MIS Marjoram and MIS Thyme and mix thoroughly. Let marinate for at least 1 hour.
In a bowl add MIS Five Spice, MIS Granulated Onion, MIS Ground Ginger, MIS Marjoram and MIS Thyme to chicken and let marinate for at least 30 mins.
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken to the pan in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 mins on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from heat.
Add pork and spread pieces out in the pan. Turn the heat to high. Let meat cook for 4-5 minutes depending on thickness of slices.
Wipe pan clean with a paper towel and turn the heat to high.
Heat oil in pan over medium heat and add sweet peppers, onions, garlic and broccoli. Cook vegetables for 3 minutes, add Marjoram, Five Spice, Granulated Onion, Ground Black Pepper and stir well.
Remove Vegetables from the pan; place them on a plate and cover.
Make the stir fry sauce by mixing together the oyster sauce, dry sherry, soy sauce, MIS Five Spice, MIS Granulated Onion, MIS Ground Ginger and sugar.
Heat oil in pan, add rice to pan. Add fresh chopped ginger and fried vegetables. Stir well.
Stir in pork and chicken and mix well. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chives.
