MIS Five Spice Bundt Cake

Nothing Bundt Spice. Enjoy this lovely Five Spiced Carrot Cake.

Yields1 Serving
 12 oz Grated Carrot
 6 oz White Sugar
 6 oz Brown Sugar
 8 oz Oil
 4 Eggs
 ½ oz MIS Ground Cinnamon
 ½ oz MIS Ground Nutmeg
 ½ oz MIS Five Spice
 15 oz Flour
 2 tsp Baking Powder
 ½ oz baking powder
 ¼ oz salt
 4 oz raisins (optional)

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

In a separate bowl, combine grated carrots, sugar, oil and eggs. Whisk properly

Add Ground Nutmeg, Ground Cinnamon and Five Spice. Whisk mixture.

Once properly mixed fold flour mix, bit by bit until well mixed and lumps are out.

Pour into greased Bundt pan and bake in oven at 375C.

Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown.

Decorate as desired.
